ブレスワーク・ジャパン　５周年記念　スペシャルセッションのご案内

日本にブレスワークを拡めたい！ 沢山の人にブレスワークを体験してほしい！

という思いで、2019年の春に立ち上がった『ブレスワーク・ジャパン』は、今年で５周年を迎えます。

現在、12人の認定ガイドが日本全国で活動しています。今年はさらに2人増えて14人になります。

北は北海道から南は沖縄でセッションが開催され、関東・関西でも対面セッションが頻繁に行われ、誰でも間近で受けられるようになりました。

オンラインセッションも活発で、イベントセッションを開催すると、毎回１００人近くの方のオファーがあるくらい、沢山の方に体験していただけました。

そして、今年の３月には５回目のガイド養成コースを開催します。
１～２年間のトレーニングを経て更にガイドが増えて、より多くの人々がブレスワークを体験する時代がやってきます。

海外では、ムーブメントを起こしているブレスワークが、日本でも近い将来ムーブメントになるでしょう～。

ブレスワーク・ジャパンを立ち上げた代表Koko(丹羽順子)と立ち上げメンバーが、描いたビジョンが少しずつ現実になってきています。

「呼吸」で繋がる「意識」と「魂」の和が拡がっていきます。

これは、とてもとても嬉しく、とてもとてもワクワクすることです。

このワクワクの思いと５年間の感謝を込めて

「５周年のスペシャル・対面セッション」を開催したいと思います。

日本全国からガイドが集まり、ギャザリング形式でセッションを開催します。

ブレスワーク・ジャパンのメンバーが勢ぞろいする滅多にない機会です。

タイトルは『Fly to the soul』魂へ飛んでいけ！

その名の通り呼吸で「魂の旅」に飛んで行ってください。

皆さんにとって、飛躍のセッションになりますように🙏

I want to spread breathwork in Japan! I want many people to experience breathwork!

With this in mind, ``Breathwork Japan'' was launched in the spring of 2019, and this year marks its 5th anniversary.

Currently, 12 certified guides are working throughout Japan. This year, there will be two more members, bringing the total to 14.

Sessions are held from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, and face-to-face sessions are also frequently held in the Kanto and Kansai regions, making it accessible to anyone.

The online sessions were also very active, and when we held event sessions, we received offers from nearly 100 people each time, so many people were able to experience it.

 

In March of this year, we will be holding our 5th guide training course.
After one to two years of training, the number of guides will increase, and the time will come when more people will be able to experience breathwork.

Breathwork, which is causing a movement overseas, will become a movement in Japan in the near future.

 

The vision drawn up by Junko Niwa, the representative who founded Breathwork Japan, and the founding members is gradually becoming a reality.

The harmony of "consciousness" and "soul" connected through "breathing" will expand.

 

This is very, very happy and very, very exciting.

We would like to hold a "5th Anniversary Special Face-to-face Session".

Guides from all over Japan will gather and hold sessions in a gathering format.

This is a rare opportunity for the members of Breathwork Japan to gather together.

The title is ``Fly to the soul'' Fly to the soul!

As the name suggests, take a "journey of the soul" with your breath.

I hope it will be a great session for everyone🙏

Things to bring: Yoga mat (can be rented), handkerchief, towel, tissue, writing utensils for journalers, drink (in a spill-proof container)
